called the SAVOY has decided that the world is using up all of natural
resources. Irewi have been tasked to
provide the field Lquir (field soldiers) in order to reach the SAVOY goal of
elimination of all generated electricity in the world. The
SAVOY are well funded from their home country in the present country of
Paraguay. They have developed a plan
which will be carried out in the year 2016 which was forecasted by the original
SAVOY in the year 1713.
