What does
security mean to you? Does it mean going to your home and locking
the door and feeling safe knowing that police and neighbors will help if there
is a problem? Maybe you at one time
lived in an area that was not safe. How
would you feel if you did not know where there was a safe Haven?
What will
your home, city, county, or state look like when an occurrence happens and you
have no control. You say; it never can
happen here in (fill in the blank). Tell
that to the people who have had a natural disaster or manmade nightmare happen
to them or their family. Never is a very
long Time. Most people carry all kinds
of Insurance: home, car, jewelry, business, and life insurance.
I would be
willing to bet that you don’t even have 30 days of water saved up. How much
food do you have in cans or dry foods? I
would say that most people don’t have 30 days of food of any kind. What kind of insurance policy have you
written for yourself? Do you even have a
bag packed with some articles so you can stay away from your home for two
weeks? I doubt it very much.
Remember
that if it gets tough out there you must be prepared to help your family and
friends. Right now most people cannot
even help themselves. How many people
have wished they had just a bottle of water and a candy bar in their time of need?
Do you have
a plan for your Security or you just going to go down in the basement and hide out? Good Luck to you if that is your plan. Ask your friends and family if they have any
idea’s in order to survive.
