We in this
great mobile world have a great Transportation System. Just think of all the wonderful cars, trucks,
ships, planes, and trains that take care of us every day. We have come a long way from walking or
riding a horse to get to our destination.
The use of horses in order to move our produce to market was cheap back
then as it only took a bale of hay to fuel the horses.
The power
that moves the world is provided by gasoline and diesel fuel. Without either fuel the world would grind to a
halt. The path from the well to the
refinery is simple but complex.
Regulation, supply problems, regional wars, and old fashioned greed
could cut our supply lines in months or perhaps weeks.
The trucks parked
and not hauling product to your gas pump, food store, or drug store would be
more than a problem. Life as we know it
would cease to exist. The coal cars that
fuel 65% of our generation plants would be empty due to the diesel train fuel
shortage. No refinery has back up
generators in order to refine gas or diesel fuel. No fuel, no electric power, no movement.
Your county,
your town, your state, and your nation has no fuel or power.
