FROM THE GROUND UP HAVEN ARTICLE

How do we get from a vision to walking into your Haven?  We must start first with a foundation.   The foundation must be placed on a parcel of land.  The location of that parcel is the most important part of your Haven.  Where do you not want to place your Haven?  Number one is within 100 miles of a population center. The Golden Hoard will be trying to get what you got in a short period of time.   Number two is not on flat land, because anyone in a pickup truck can just drive right up to your Haven and help themselves.  Number three is the need to be next to a park or natural forest so you have a backup position.
Use what we have available is key to making up your Haven.  Building will be done with used Cargo Containers.  Why will we use them?  You can stack them, bury them, weld them, and the best of all live in them.  How many are needed depends on what size Haven you are building.
The units need to be wired, plumbed, provisioned, heated, plumbed for water, and just like an ark animals need to be loaded.  How we survive depends on the Haven Helpers you have selected to staff your Haven.
The cost to have your Haven can be as low as $15,000 to $25,000 per person a far cry from some of units that will cost you from $50,000 to $100,000 per person.  The majority of them use old government installations which are not in the range of getting there if there is an occurrence.  Where Are You Going To Go???
