When an occurrence

meals we must think about how make a good meal out a bucket or a can. Thinking about using whole grains out of a
bucket would drive some food preparers to drink. Remember that you must know how to change
your whole grain into the right consistency flour for the dish which your are
trying to make. The use of water and
spices are also important when cooking your dried fruits and vegetables.
How much
staple food should be stored for each individual? Remember that there will be no store to visit
to pick up that extra can of this or that.
Most people will be foraging as they have not planned for the occurrence
that has happened. They will be looking
to help themselves to the food that you have stored and cared for.
Has the
thought that you could be picking up staples in your local grocery store
planning for that day to come. The price
would be very cheap compared to when food is hard to find or all the shelves
are empty.
